We'd like to share some bittersweet news with you -
Starlings closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 @ 10:30 a.m.
Mia, who has followed this dream since she was five years old, has decided to literally spread her wings and pursue a career as a flight attendant!
While this Momma bird couldn’t be more proud, running a full-service bakery and restaurant is a big job for one person. So, I’ve decided it’s time to take a step back, focus on my health, and jump into something new and exciting—right here in Westminster!
I’m thrilled to be joining our friends at Giulianova Italian Market and Deli, where we’ll start by featuring some of our most-loved pastries, both sweet and savory, as we plan fun new ways to grow and serve our community together!
To all of our amazing customers—thank you. Your loyalty, kindness, and support over the years has meant the world to us. You’ve truly become friends and family.
To our incredible staff—you’re simply irreplaceable. We can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and heart. You have truly been a family as well.
We’re so grateful for every memory, every laugh, and every sweet moment we’ve shared. We can’t wait to see you soon at our new spot and start this next adventure together!
